Stacey Mason

I use insight, perspective, and humor to move people toward greater self-awareness and thought leadership.

My Improve Thru Improv® platform merges Applied Improvisation techniques with business acumen as a means of better understanding human behavior. Raving fans of my work refer to me as “thought provoking, intensely self-aware, a wanna-be extrovert, and freakin’ hilarious!” I co-founded the Sock Monkey Improv troupe, and have trained with various actor-teams including the Kansas City Improv Company, Jimmy Carrane of Improv Nerd, and Second City in Chicago.

Before creating Mason On Leadership, a leadership consultancy focusing on behavioral science and executive coaching, I spent a lifetime with Walmart.

I write about thought leadership as a columnist for various B2B publications, and as a published writer, have contributed client stories for a business and leadership book titled “The Birkman Method: Your Personality at Work” by Sharon Birkman-Fink and Stephanie Capparell.

I also keynote. In a highly personal talk, I share how each of us can change when we learn to embrace that which challenges us.
